JaliscoCondos.org is committed to giving you the most comprehensive and accurate information about running a condominium in Jalisco. To this end, our web site will evolve over time into an innovative online resource.

Here's our implementation plan:

Phase 1: IN PROGRESS!We give you information on hard-copy books, ebooks, and reports about Mexican condos. Our blog will let you know about corrections to the books, expand on topics covered by the books, and discuss other topics relevant to condos in Jalisco. You can opt-in to be notified by email when new books are published, or when new content is added to the web site. You can also subscribe to the blog, to receive an email whenever there's a new blog post.

Phase 2: we'll add subscription-based in-depth video training modules covering each main topic. New videos will be added over time. Each major topic will be broken into sections, with reviews and quizzes to help you assess your online learning. You can access these any time to suit your schedule, as long as your subscription is current.

Phase 3: we'll add hosting and design services for condo web sites. A condo web site is arguably the most efficient and effective communication tool available to a condominium administration. You'll be able to pick a condo site template, and have a customised web site specifically designed to suit the needs of a condo set up and running in a few days. Maintenance and content addition can be done by one or more members of your community, with no special knowledge of web site design or programming needed. All this for a small one-time setup fee, plus a modest annual hosting fee.

JaliscoCondos.org is a web site committed to giving you the most comprehensive and accurate information available about owning and running a condo in the state of Jalisco.

We do this by giving you practical information about:

• proper administration and management of condominiums in Jalisco, Mexico;
• how the Jalisco Civil Code applies to condominium boards, associations, by-laws, and meetings; and
• how to ensure your condominium complies with the condo law.

• the Mexican government and legal system
• Mexican real estate law and the property buying process and procedures
